Lukas informed me of multiple possible problems with the plug, but had a solution for all of those issues. While taking a look at the wiring in the wall he even took the time to trim down the wires because the previous install wasn’t “perfect”. Would def recommend these guys if you’re in need for electrical help. Very professional and attentive to detail. Thanks for your help, Lukas!
